As someone who travels to eat, I had a single mission in mind on our trip to Bar Harbor, Maine: to eat all the lobster. I’ve always wanted to visit New England and experience its quaint harbor towns, with fishing buoys bobbing in the waves offshore. But for all of the romantic notions I have about New England, nothing tops eating fresh-off-the-boat lobster on a dock at sunset.
